This is a cleaning dust collector for deodorizing harmful gases. It removes bad odors
by coagulating and cleaning them through collision and direct contact with the harmful
gases using droplets, liquid films, and bubbles.
While the foul-smelling gas is being lifted into the washing tower by a blower, floating
substances are washed away with water, ammonia and amines in the foul-smelling gas
are removed with 4% sulfuric acid in the acid washing tower, and acidic foul-smelling gases
such as hydrogen sulfide and low-grade fatty acids are removed with a 10% caustic soda
solution in the alkali washing tower.
