The precipitation process in precipitators

1.Gas Distribution
Relatively thick particle is eliminated.

2.Discharge Electrode
The particles are matched in electronic discharge poles and Ion electric current(It give +pole to micro dust.)

3.Collection Grid
Harmful particles are eliminated after absorbing and heaping up in collecting electrode grid plate.( +pole charged micro dusts are absorbed into precipitation panel.)

4.Transformer rectifier
Ion electric current transformer rectifier

5.Air purge system

6.Induced Fan

7.Stack
Clean air exhaust to atmospheric condition
